This was a complete renovation of a traditional Irish bungalow, designed as our private retreat. Inspired by childhood memories of Italy and Ireland, we created an open-plan living space for family gatherings, with black terracotta-style tiles resembling Roman cobblestones

The kitchen features a traditional design with a stainless steel worktop and a red marble island at its heart. A large period fireplace anchors the living space, which boasts a double-height ceiling, exposed steel posts, and a metal staircase leading to a mezzanine. The bedrooms have bespoke wardrobes, and the bathrooms are tiled floor to ceiling.
The house has a contemporary feel with minimal detailing and durable natural materials, giving it a timeless, lived-in charm.
